How are your rates calculated?

Transfers are billed at a flat rate confirmed before the ride. Hourly hire is billed per hour with a three-hour minimum.
Is airport waiting time charged?

No. We track your flight number and include 60 minutes of waiting after landing on international flights.
Do you provide child seats?
+
Yes: infant seats, child seats and boosters are provided free of charge on request at booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, bank transfer, TWINT, cash and monthly invoicing for corporate accounts.
Do you operate outside Switzerland?
+
Yes, we serve France, Italy, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein daily.
How do I book a chauffeur?

Through the booking form on this site, on WhatsApp at +41 78 309 30 83 or by e-mail. You receive a summary with a PRG reference, then a confirmed rate before any payment.
How quickly do you reply?

Our desk is open 24/7. WhatsApp requests are usually answered in under 15 minutes.
When do I pay?

There is no instant online purchase. We first confirm availability and the rate, then send you a secure payment link. A PDF receipt and invoice are issued after payment.
Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Quote your PRG reference on WhatsApp or by e-mail. Schedule changes are free subject to chauffeur availability.
Do you offer self-drive rental?

Yes, a selection of premium vehicles is available for self-drive rental, subject to application and a security deposit.
Will the chauffeur meet me at arrivals?

Yes, meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall with a name sign is included on every airport transfer, in Geneva as well as Zurich and Basel.
Are you equipped for ski resort transfers?

Yes. Our vehicles run winter tyres and chains in season, with roof boxes for skis to Verbier, Courchevel, Megève or Zermatt.
